1. What the tool is

The StoryTeller uploader ("the tool") is a personal desktop application that uploads the owner's own short videos to the owner's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts using the official APIs of those platforms.

2. Who may use it

The tool is used only by the owner of the StoryTeller channels. It is not offered, sold or made available to other users.

3. Content

All videos uploaded with the tool are original works owned by the channel owner. The owner is responsible for the content and for following the community guidelines and terms of each platform.

4. Platform rules

The tool uses only the platforms' official APIs and follows their terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Content Sharing Guidelines. On TikTok, videos are sent to the owner's drafts and posted only after the owner reviews them in the TikTok app.

5. No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. The owner uses it at the owner's own risk.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
